Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity full

Digital games often get cast a particular way in the media. As an educator, don’t let this media-led narrative get in the way of a rich opportunity for digital games to support and extend curricular goals. This session will give you what you need to get going with digital games-based learning in your classroom: an understanding of what makes a game a game, ideas for integration such as Guided Gaming sessions, Unit of Inquiry enhancement, and games as simulations, plus many considerations and practical tips from the front lines. Get your game on!
