Throughout the 2015-2016 school year, we conducted action research on the effects of 20% time with 4th grade students. Specifically, we explored the following question: How does self-directed learning affect student attitudes and dispositions?
In this workshop, we'll examine the quantitative and qualitative data that came out of that action research: what went well, what didn't and what changes might be considered moving forward.
We will also strive to share and co-ideate potential models for personalized learning based the outcomes you hope for it to achieve.
If you cannot make it to the workshop, but would like to learn about the action research data, please check out
